Crystal Dolphin

Yoga Instructor, Speaker, Workshop Leader

Since 2016, I have been nurturing a space called Crystal Dolphin, where playful exploration meets serious science. This initiative became a dedicated business in 2022, focused on hands-on, science-driven workshops that empower individuals to live more freely and authentically.

As a certified Budokon Yoga instructor and an Ashtanga practitioner trained in Mysore, my workshops weave together diverse movement practices with meditative techniques. From Gua Sha self-massage to open relating, dance meditations, vulva casting, and even pube coloring, each session is designed to dismantle taboos and cultivate body positivity and self-love.

I encourage participants to take life less seriously and embrace curiosity.
